ANTARA — VinFast Indonesia expanded its marketing network by opening its 35th dealer in Jatibening, Bekasi, West Java. This move is part of the Vietnamese automaker’s expansion strategy in the Indonesian market.
The new dealer features 3S facilities (Sales, Service, Spare Parts), which include sales, maintenance, and spare parts services. In addition, there is also a body paint facility for vehicle body repair and repainting. CEO of VinFast Indonesia, Kariyanto Hardjosoemarto, said that all these services can be carried out in one location.
The dealership stands on a 1,000-square-meter area that was previously used by Suzuki and Ford brands. In the showroom, VinFast displays several models that have already been introduced in Indonesia, including the VF3, V5, VF6, and VF6 Plus.
According to the company, the Bekasi area has significant market potential, ranging from the entry-level segment to the upper-middle class. This region is considered suitable for VinFast’s network development plans in Indonesia.
VinFast targets to have up to 50 dealership networks by the end of 2025. Its development focus is not only on major cities but also on surrounding regions such as Bekasi, which is considered to have high consumer growth potential.
Kariyanto added that the company aims to open 45 to 50 new dealers to expand service coverage and strengthen VinFast’s position in the national automotive market by the end of this year.
