MEDIA INDONESIA – The test drive and test ride programs once again stand out as key attractions at the Permata Bank GAIKINDO Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) 2025. Visitors can experience various vehicles firsthand before making a purchase decision. This year-end exhibition provides a dedicated area designed to simulate real daily driving conditions.
The outdoor test-drive area is located at the loading dock of Halls 3–10, offering a track spanning more than 3 kilometers. The longer and more diverse route allows visitors to evaluate vehicle performance from participating brands. Meanwhile, the outdoor test-ride zone in Halls 9–10 is prepared for visitors who want to test motorcycle characteristics.
For the first time, GJAW 2025 introduces an indoor EV test-drive area by utilizing nearly two halls of the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD City, Tangerang (Banten). This facility is designed for testing electric vehicles in a safer and more controlled indoor environment. The addition of this area reflects the growing interest in and the readiness of the organizers toward electric-vehicle trials.
Below are the requirements for visitors who wish to participate in the test drive and test ride. Every participant must follow all procedures to ensure safety and smooth operations throughout the program.
