GAIKINDO – PT Aneka Petroindo Raya (BP-AKR) announced that BP 92 fuel with ACTIVE technology is once again available across all BP service stations in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) and West Java regions. Availability in East Java will follow gradually. The supply is being secured through a business-to-business (B2B) partnership with PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, following government directives to ensure stable fuel distribution for the public.

BP 92 uses a base fuel with a Research Octane Number (RON) of 92, a common grade for gasoline engines. The product is imported in accordance with government regulations and monitored by an independent surveyor to ensure that its quality meets both Indonesian government standards and British Petroleum International specifications. BP-AKR affirmed that every stage of the procurement process complies with all requirements related to regulations, specifications, and quality standards.

Vanda Laura, President Director of BP-AKR, confirmed that BP 92 is now available with consistent quality. She said this reflects BP-AKR’s long-term commitment to providing reliable energy services in Indonesia. A strong focus on product quality, she added, is essential for maintaining customer comfort and public trust in the BP brand.

BP-AKR emphasized that the import arrangement is temporary, carried out in a measured and responsible manner. The step was taken to maintain fuel supply continuity and support the smooth operation of all BP stations. The company also highlighted that this decision demonstrates its responsibility to consumers and its long-term investment commitment to strengthening its role as a trusted energy partner in Indonesia.
